Frequently asked questions
Do I need to come to your office?
No. Most clients work with us entirely via Zoom and phone. If you’re in Greater Vancouver and want to meet in person over coffee, we have a few favourite spots near Howe Street.
What if my business isn’t a storefront?
Our specialty is brick-and-mortar businesses. We sometimes work with mobile businesses that win on local search the same way storefronts do (mobile pet groomers, for example). For pure e-commerce or 200+ employee B2B, we’ll refer you to an agency that’s a better fit.
Do you work outside Vancouver?
Yes. We’re based in downtown Vancouver, and we work with storefronts in cities across Canada and the US, from Toronto and Calgary to Seattle, Dallas and New York. Google, your website, your reviews and AI search all work online, so your city doesn’t change the playbook. If you’re local, we’ll happily meet for coffee.
